Egi Luze is a family owned business, where all the members have been involved with passion and hard work since 1980. The restaurant is opened all year round and can host up to 250 guests.

Normally, the ideas of cider house and restaurant don´t match but at Egi Luze we want to offer those two experiences to our guests so they can choose. Two different culinary options to discover, taste and enjoy at our house.

We try to offer the best service as possible to our guests, always with a professional personal approach and warmth.


The Egi Luze family, influenced by our culinary love and passion, we decided to convert our country cottage into a gastronomy temple in 1980, offering and showing our guests, the best basque gastronomy and culture.

As you can tell, Egi Luze didn´t emerge from nowhere, it´s an evolution-innovation of a typical basque country cottage into a cider house-restaurant.
